Davenport, Iowa Photographer | Lorenzo's Cake Smash

It feels like just yesterday that I was in the Quad Cities studio taking this little guys newborn photos. The year just absolutely flew. I watched Lorenzo grow and captured all of his biggest milestones throughout the year. For his six month milestone session he was the smiliest! He also wore one of our teddy rompers from our client closet. He was an adorable little bear!

When mom told me she wanted his cake smash session to be a theme from the Disney movie “Up” I was so excited! It is the kid in me! My kids also love that movie so it is definitely a favorite in our house. The custom setup and props came together so perfectly. As soon as mom walked into the studio and saw it she was in love. Little Lorenzo had an aviator hat and suspenders..who doesn’t love suspenders on little boys!? He made the cutest little Russell. He was a busy little guy! He loved playing with the letters and props so we just went along with it and captured some adorable shots. Mom was in tears when she came back for her reveal and ordering appointment in the studio. She mentioned that this is her last baby, I would be in tears as well! I am so honored to capture such special milestones and providing them with beautiful art to display in their homes. This truly fills my heart. I cannot wait for his album to arrive in the studio!
